I have joined Amin as Managing Director last December. I chose to take on this challenging position due to my belief that Amin's activities have an important social role, which will have lasting impact on employment in Israel and that my extensive experience in both the public and private sectors together with my qualifications in Economics and Operations will serve the company well in promoting these objectives.

Our work is targeted to ensure participants in the program get the best possible support and professional assistance that will empower them in the process of their return to the work force and, no less important, re-integration in society. As we all know we are in the midst of difficult times in the world economy and, as a result, in Israel. This fact has implications that force us to face new challenges.

Our primary response is the continuous improvement in our service to participants, whom I see as our customers. Personal commitment and unwavering professionalism of our staff members are the prerequisite to achievement in our present activity as well as the future national rollout. Common effort will enable us to achieve our goal: to bring true and significant change in the lives of those who need our assistance and improvement to the society in which we live.
